There was nothing to enjoy. The venue was packed for a wedding event, and the staff didn't prioritize other guests' requests. We faced multiple issues. We requested no corner room but received one. The WC was leaking when flushed. The wardrobe area light wasn't working. And the whole room was full of mosquitoes. (Informed all of it to the reception and the room service guy. We were to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, and it was on the second day of our stay. I spoke at the reception for a surprise decor arrangement. They said to inform us later the same day, since our event was the next day, and they would get it done by midnight. I spoke to them thrice. They said to inform us later. And in the end, when it was nearing midnight, I went again to ask if everything was arranged, the front desk reported no and that the guest relations team had left. I ordered a cake from outside and requested that someone deliver it to the room through the security door, but 20 minutes later, the Zomato team told us that no one was there to receive it. We had to go pick it up from reception. The service was very poor. The next morning, we received a cake and a balloon. Anyone can check that we didn't even open the box. At the breakfast, a order a sandwich with wheat/multigrain bread, got the same in white bread, reqested for plain butter, got it dipped in garlic butter; ordered tomato onion uttapam, got a maida pancake topped with onion and tomato; we requested for a cup of cardamom tea, received a masala tea, then we re-requested the same, 20 mins later, we asked and they said there was some confusion, breakfast timings are over and they forgot to serve us, but they were serving others. We have experienced multiple stays at 5-star hotels, but we have never had such a terrible stay. We trusted Roseate with our big occasion, and they literally spoiled it all for us.
