Be aware of this hotel. I booked through *********** website and two days before arriving the hotel management send me a message saying that the Hotel just change the name to Keb Kiara. Once arrived in Delhi , I booked also the taxi service to the hotel, they drove to KeB Kiara, which is a completely different hotel than the one I originally booked - that is located in the city center near the train station. On other words the LIE saying that hotel just change the name....Is another hotel at 20 km from the center. Only after yelling on the phone and paying extra fee to taxi driver (1.000 rupees) they send me to RAJ hotel that was fully booked. Only room available for me the room 101 .....generally used for other purpose with mirrors and circular bed. Last but not least while helping me to send the luggage to the room...the guy insist on purposing me to buy whiskey....and/or other extra service they may provide. I think it's enough to say....STAY AWAY from this hotel !!!!!!!

Hotel was grubby and in need of a refurbishment. On arrival there was a full ashtray in my room (I pointed this out and the staff member took the ashtray and placed it under the table, rather than remove it!) and the room needed a deep clean, curtains and walls were stained and dirty and the phone was filthy. The room was also very dusty. I had to request a towel and toilet paper as none were in the room. Staff were abrupt in manner at reception and there was a feeling of being hustled to book other services. Staff knocked and tried to enter the room on a number of occasions, rather than waiting for the door to be opened. There is lots of noise from the street (there is no sound proofing) and I would suggest bringing earplugs to counteract this. The aircon unit was also too noisy to use. The door to my room also looked as though it had been forced at some point. Room service was poor, a set menu was not delivered as ordered and they tried to charge extra for items I had not ordered. The hotel also uploaded a fake review on *********** in my name.
