Reviews of ITC Maurya, a Luxury Collection Hotel, New Delhi

I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drink from the bar for newly checked-in guests. I was told that heads of state have stayed here and that it has the best restaurant in Delhi, called Bukhara. There's a pool. The reception desk kindly called an Uber to the airport.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean and breakfast buffets with fresh, made-to-order options.

The hotel is very clean and hygienic.

- Slow service at front desk staff, the lady at front desk took more than 20mins for a check out guest 1 queue before me. She even didnot care or look at me keeping petiance while waiting too long just to ask for deposit back. And when it comes to my queue, slowly took mor than 10 mins to return cash deposit. DISAPPOINTED!! - Breakfast, almost good, but staff is not well manner, keep focus on introduction to the breakfast instruction without realize that the guest is engaging on the phone. Still keep distract with bad manner!! DISAPPOINTED!!

Get ready for the WORST hotel experience you’ll ever have. The Most unprofessional staff that will discriminate against people and the hotel will wake you up with the craziest construction noises at 8am and they cannot do anything to stop it.  Will never go here again and DO NOT recommend to anyone else

Third stay in this hotel and I enjoy coming back every time. Good location, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Looking forward to my next stay.
