Fantastic Hotel For Your Business Trip Stay!

bad hotel the smell not good towel not clean even the bed was dirty

The location was quite inconvenient — everything seemed far and hard to get to. The hotel itself didn’t really live up to what you’d expect from a star-rated chain; service, staff, and food were all just okay. Not a major issue, but overall, the area doesn’t make it a place I’d choose to stay again.

Good Experience staying at such accessible locations with family

The manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay Special thanks to pushpa, shalini and profull.

A wrong picture is displayed as hotel frontage on trip.com. It tantamounts to cheating the customer. When I reached there, found it to be a very small hotel in a practically isolated neighbourhood. Cockroaches in the washroom greeted me and an order for tea at 10.30 wasn’t delivered till 12.00. Check out too was clumsy with receptionist asking for money despite me completing the payment on trip.com

Room is not worth for the money paid

Pretty happy with this hotel. Breakfast was good and the restaurant in the B1 was amazing. Price was great and taste was great too! Service was good, just hoping all of them are consistent as some were amazing but some were so so. Prajat was the best and made sure he went above and beyond. The best thing also here was the insulation. The sound was not coming inside the room which was fantastic as new delhi traffic is terrible and it is very noisy but the room is completely sound proof!!! Great!

My recent stay at Hotel Sarovar Portico was far from satisfactory. The hotel is located in a narrow lane, making parking a major hassle. Waterlogging was also a recurring problem during my visit. The room sizes are incredibly small, with barely any space to move around. Cleanliness is a significant issue here; the lobby carpet was dirty, and the first room we were given had a filthy toilet and a malfunctioning safe. After requesting a room change, we were moved to another room, but it had a musty smell due to moisture and dampness. Finally, we were shifted to a third room, which was slightly better but still very small, especially the washroom. Overall, this hotel does not offer value for money, and I would not recommend it.
