Hotel Z Suite

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very disappointed with the overall experience. The rooms were not clean at all, and the cleanliness left much to be desired. On the first day, there was no soap or shampoo provided, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, I had to go without a dental kit for the entire stay, which is a basic necessity. While they tried to renovate with modern amenities, it felt more like a superficial update rather than an actual improvement in quality. For the price of $63 per night, I expected much more. It was way too high for what was offered. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Great location for Delhi airport. We were met with a bottle of water at 3am and a very gracious smile. Room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was very outdated and very noisy at night. Did not sleep. It sounded like construction work happening. There is also no fridge in the room and no hot water in the shower.

This is not a 3 star hotel. The entire experience was misrepresented by the photos and listing online. Nothing about the tiny room was 'executive.' There was no separate seating area. There was no separate dining area. The bed was covered with dirty stained sheets that had holes in them. The bathroom smelled like stale urine - a public bus stop bathroom in Shanghai (to which I have actually been). There was limited hot water. There were noises from outside and inside all night long - yelling, shouting, honking, banging, dogs, etc. The room was NOT soundproof as promised. The quality and condition of this room was nothing like it was described to be. There were dead bugs stuck to the walls. We got just about zero hours of sleep while we were there and couldn't wait to check out. If you are an international tourist, this hotel is NOT for you. Maybe locals like it, but the building was bare bones and looked like it had been built in a construction site or a garbage dump. The only thing missing was the .05 ******* standing out front.

Window was closeable which is an issue as next to the main road. Bad smell in the en suite but can't imagine all rooms being like this and everything else was clean. Not a bad stop for one night, particularly if catching a flight.

The location is very convenient for the airport and the staff were very helpful.

Way too expensive for what it is. The toilet seat lid was not attached to the seat. Weird stains all over the headrest of the bed. Linen not as clean as you'd like. Room service was quick but food was too oily. This is not a ~50 GBP a night hotel.

Premium hotel near Delhi IGI Airport. Welcoming staff with smiles. Rooms are comfortable. Room and bathrooms are clean . Location is the key of this property. Car rental services from airport . Good hotel for families, couples , business travelers.

I stayed in hotel z suite with my family. Including my two kid. It was my great experience, in hotel z suite have all catagry room deluxe. Excuitive, as well family room with good room service. I have oder food there it was so good, in little time, my kid like Chinese food they have All .i like this hotel.
