Minimalist Poshtel & Suites

Situated at the end of a narrow lane with no parking available for the car. Rooms are clean but dimly lit and feel dingy. Food is horrible. I had a dead fly found on the dish i ordered. Have a question mark on the cleanliness of the kitchen

Worst. All acs were leaking. All our stuff got wet and destroyed. And all they had to say was. Ohh you did not give the ac some rest. You should shut it for 30 mins from tike to time. Krishan is very rude and he has spoilt the entire vibe of minimalist. Earlier it was so so much better

We rented some smaller rooms for one night, but these were not ready when we arrived and instead two of the rooms we rented got upgraded to the apartment style rooms for free. These were very nice western-style rooms. Overall in good condition and clean, but the floors weren't mopped clean so wear the provided slippers. The biggest issue we had was noise coming from the busy street around 6am. In the long term some better noise isolation would be nice for this hotel. Service was good. Staff helped us reach the hotel because our driver could not find it (and it's hard to reach) they walked back to our car and guided our driver. They also helped carry our bags but an elevator is available. Breakfast is provided in a nearby restaurant owned by the hotel and a la carte. Overall affordable and good quality food, breakfast options were a bit limited but the dinner options are great. I find that the other reviews seem a bit unfair. While I agree that the foto's seem touched up we did have access to shown amenities which is the most important to us. Some minor cosmetic damage and visible repairs will always be present in all but the most high-end hotels. This does not affect our rating.

Location is horrible. Breakfast is just aweful. Pictures are misleading. The entire place gives shady vibes. Okay for backpackers I suppose but definitely not a couples’ or a family stay. Looks decent online but not worth the price at all.

Horrible place We arrived and discovered that the rooms were full of mold with no ability to breathe and no windows for ventilation. Our clothes become wet from the humidity. We left after three hours because we were afraid for our health and we were not refounded even a part of the payment.

Thay are cheaters and frauds asked to pay again even after getting money online and dirty room and bathroom and hostel is too far from metro inside a village it's hard to reach have to walk more with your luggage to reach here as no vehicle can go inside because no roads broken dirty way to this place even inside it's dirty people and unsafe to stay here. Staff also are looters and steal your stuffs and money in your absence when u go washroom

Do not stay here. They will rip you off and you will have a bad stay. The hotel is on a side street. No cabs or Ubers will go there. You will have to drag your luggage a few blocks to get any transportation help. They offered us a bbq. It was comical how bad it was. They told us it would be exclusive to our group, but then they let other guests join us. They then overcharged us for the evening. We paid up front, as they told us if we did, we could lock in a better rate. We overpaid. By our accounting, they owed us about $700 USD. They did some creative accounting and told us they owed us about $500 USD, and then they never paid us. We have resorted to contacting a lawyer and are in the process of suing them to reclaim our money. We had to go to a lawyer as they do not reply to our repeated emails asking them to talk to us. AVOID THIS PLACE

Do not stay here. They owe us hundreds of USD. We had booked months in advanced for a larger group before paying they confirmed that if we needed to scale down our reservation we could easily receive a refund. Two months before travel we downsized. They recommended we keep a tab open in case we had additional charges. When we checked out, they had over charged us for rooms, they had inflated room service, refusing to share receipts until pressed and then the receipts did not account for additional costs. While on our stay they through us a horrible BBQ on the roof over an hour and half late, the manager invited his friends to the event we paid for, hardly enough food for us. All in all rude customer service. Stay away, india has many beautiful options; with real hospitality. Also you can NOT get a cab here. Still waiting to be reimbursed….

Do not stay here!! We overpaid for our stay, as we originally thought we were a larger group. They asked us to pay up front, to lock in a good rate, and so we did. They confirmed it would be very easy to refund whatever we didn't use. We ended up with a credit of $700. When we checked out, first, they made some serious errors in accounting, and told us our credit was USD $200. We of course pointed this out to them, and they eventually agreed to give us back USD $500. As we were already fed up with them, we said ok. They told us we would get the money within 2 weeks of checking out. It has now been a good 6 weeks and we have yet to see any money, and probably won't. Besides that, no taxis will go to the hotel; they will drop you off a good 10 minutes away and you will have to walk there.
