Very convenient location on Connaught Street and near the Rajiv Chowk metro station. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Hot water comes and goes and is not constant though. Walking on Connaught street you will get lots of people approaching you to buy stuff or scam you into spending money in some way. Overall it is great place to stay if you want to be close to the city centre.

Location is the best in Delhi . Breakfast is poor. Rooms are small but well organised. Desk a bit sleepy at times. Expensive but still would come back for Thé location

Very pleasant stay. Well situated on Connaught Square, but on first floor, so no gardens etc. Room was small, but bed comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but marble tiled; but walk-in shower leaked and fluctuated considerably in temperature. Staff friendly. Breakfast good; evening meal very good.

A great start to our month in India. We stayed here for 2 nights and the rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was very good. Connaught Place was very busy in the evening and it quite what we were expecting…

We are a couple who stayed there 4 nights. We enjoyed the central location, although the people around this area all seem to have something to sell to you. As expected, the room was a bit outdated and small but it was clean. The food at the Zaffran restaurant was very good and affordable, we ate almost all our meals there. We especially enjoyed breakfast, with very good omelettes and good service by the young waiter.

Palace Heights is not an exciting place to stay, but it ticks a lot of boxes. Given its location right on Connaught Place, it is a good choice for a stay in central Delhi. The rooms are clean and comfortable and sufficiently outfitted, the room size is quite adequate given the location. I stayed there twice. The first time, the breakfast was a disappointment as the guy on duty was lacking in any kind of enthusiasm. The second time, the breakfast was great as they just kept on bringing us food of different types.

Good central location at CP, with all that includes. Hotel was good in Delhi standard, but cleaning could have been better and overall a refurbishment is probably needed as it is a bit worn at places. The staff is great, and provide an excellent service with much flexibility. Overall happy with my stay.

Perfect location right in Connaught Place but soo quiet & cosy with excellent north Indian restaurant on site that we ate out at every night for dinner & breakfast each morning. So easy & relaxing - great respite from the noise & action of Delhi. Also very good value for the standard and location as we were able to walk to most places easily. Erwinjit Singh was particularly helpful to us when we were trying to book as he rang us back & found us a room that had been cancelled, and was very helpful and kind generally, thank you.

Mr . Rajiv receptionist told me that you can wait in your car because we dont have space in our lobby that behaviour of this guy was so rudely . I will not advice anyone to go this hotel i give you 0 star..............................❌🚫🚫🚫🚫 🚫

Overall, I found this hotel disappointing. On arrival, the gentleman at the reception desk ignored me for a good minute or so as I stood waiting to be acknowledged. This was entirely at odds with every other hotel we stayed in during our India Golden Triangle trip. Arriving at 2.30 in the afternoon, we popped into the bar cum restaurant, which lacked any warmth or welcome, ordered a beer, only to find it was closing at 3.00 for 4 hours, so nowhere to relax here if you have a busy day around Delhi. The restaurant gets busy in the evening at can be very noisy, as can external noise from adjacent properties. The rooms were good with large walk-in showers. The location is excellent for both walking out and as a base for exploring Old Delhi during the day. Would I recommend this hotel? Not if I could find one around Connaught Place with somewhere to relax after being out all day.
