Delight! Great location, cleanliness, atmosphere, delicious food!

I visit India once a year for both business and leisure, and I usually stay at various super luxury hotels. However, this time, my usual hotel was fully booked, so I ended up at The Imperial. It was the best decision ever! I will never return to my previous hotels. The service, rooms, food, and internet here are all exceptional. The staff is remarkably efficient. I highly recommend this place! P.S. The hotel lounge serves better French onion soup than you can find in France!😆

Excellent Hotel. A must in Delhi

Second time staying in this hotel. Service is as good as you can get anywhere, top notch. Facilities are great, with gym and spa. Staff are well trained, polite and often remember my name, make a huge difference. Did a spa this time which is slightly pricy but experience is decent.

The hotel is very conveniently located, only 5 minutes' walk to the MRT station and less than an hour's drive from the airport during peak hours. The ambience in the hotel is great and the service is professional.

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. From the airport pick-up to departure, everything was perfect. It's rare to get such an impression. Situated in a colonial-style building, long corridors and art galleries. From the photos, I was afraid that the rooms were more "tired" than they are, but everything was great. Great big pool and jacuzzi and amazing spa. We were met at 4am, quickly settled in, presented with flowers and a cake in honor of our anniversary. The reception staff always tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible, explained all the nuances, answered absolutely all questions. We took a trip to Agra from the hotel and were also delighted with the driver and guide and the organization of our entire trip. I hope to visit this hotel again someday
