Hotel Sita International

In one of the busiest avenues of Delhi, very close to the train station, you'll find this hotel. We arrived in the early morning, and the reception was open as they said 24/7 service, so that is a real thing here. We were attended to promptly and with great kindness. The next day, when we tried to connect for remote work, the Wi-Fi wasn't cooperating. However, after a quick chat with the reception, they immediately started looking for a solution, and within an hour, we had a high-speed internet connection, problem-free. They have a tour desk where you can get train and bus tickets, as well as book tours around the area. The room was spacious and clean, with a tidy bathroom and a hot shower. The restaurant's food was delicious, and if you ask for it without spicy, they genuinely prepare it that way. Next time, I would definitely stay here again, without a doubt.

I stayed 6 nights here and mostly it was a wonderful experience. It was especially so as I moved to this hotel from a nearby one where my experience was nightmarish. The staff and ***agement are quite courteous and helpful, helping you with whatever you need whatever the time. The 24-hour room service was a godsend in particular, and the quality of food too was really fine. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the TataSky-connected TV helped me stay in touch with the cricket World Cup. The one sore point in the experience was the ill-***nered old *** at the reception, who was outstandingly rude with me every time I interacted with him. Someone needs to tell him that talking with guests courteously is part of his job, if not something you should try doing regardless, as part of being a hu*** being. Any clarification or information I sought from him was dealt with in a most dismissive ***ner with him not even bothering to look up from his notebook when talking to me -- and speaking in a language I don't know, Hindi. Hopefully someone puts him right, as this is otherwise a wonderful hotel.

My recent stay at Sita International was highly disappointing. The receptionist's behavior was unprofessional and rude. The smart locks were constantly malfunctioning, causing significant delays every time we returned to the hotel. Moreover, the overall cleanliness and hygiene were subpar, with dirty rooms and unpleasant odors. I urge others to consider alternative accommodations to avoid the frustration and inconvenience I encountered at Hotel.

Poor Quality of Food. Hotel Facility are very poor. Staff service average. Rat in room, no shawer in baathroom, no cleaning, no kettle, I reserve by ***********. Mineral water still costly. I take premium room rs 2300+GST but it look like 800 rs room.

Hotel need to focus on cleanliness

Homely stay , was supremely clean , staff was very warm and helpful . It was a total value for money stay with really nice facilities with a mini fridge in the room. The WiFi worked just fine. Can't find at faults except the location a bit noisy but very central.

Room specially Toilet was terrible. No push shower in the toilet. Hotel didn’t provided any basic amenities like toothpaste Brushes Tissues. Hotel needs a renovation badly. Thought Owner Mr Khanna was vey prompt. One can find better place within this range.
