here’s a more polished and clear version of your review: ⸻ i chose this hotel because it had the highest number of reviews, but my experience was quite disappointing. the hotel layout is extremely confusing—you first have to go to the third floor, and then take stairs down three levels to reach the rooms. we ended up changing rooms three times. the first room had issues, and in the second, the toilet flush didn’t work and the seat was filthy, as if someone had urinated on it without it being cleaned. the third room wasn’t great either, but we had already lost about 45 minutes and had no choice but to settle. to make matters worse, the staff was rude throughout the stay. at checkout, the receptionist even pressured me into giving a rating on the spot and insisted i rate them four stars. ⸻ would you like a shorter version for platforms with character limits, like google or tripadvisor?
