Final hotel stay on our tour. So disappointing. We asked and paid for 4* Hotel . I wouldnt rate this hotel as a 3*. Arrived after 4pm. The room was not ready. Got into the shabby old neglected room and not really clean. Stained walls, stained seats, stained sheets the flooring is old and in need of replacing and not clean. Im sure this hotel does not know what cleaning products are or how to use them. Towels are a grey colour not white. The internet is very slow. The Airconditioning fan rattled and was noisy. Turned it off. Street noise constant and the hot water was not hot only a little warm. Breakfast is included but did not eat there as if room not clean you can imagine the kitchen. Would not recommend.

10/10 support given by front desk. Special appreciation to receptionist, Mr Previn, he definitely made the last bit of our stay in India a very comfortable one with all care & help given. Room is comfortable. Restaurant waiters good service, helpful with recommendations of places too. Recommend!

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days. This is in the category of 4-star hotel. The hotel front desk staff are very rigid and not friendly. The rooms are very basic. The toiletries [ dental kits] were not supplied, maybe they simply ignored. Had to call the housekeeping team few times to remind them to send it over to our room. During the morning breakfast the restaurant staff, keep looking and talk among themselves, don't know what are they talking, but it feels uncomfortable. Overall the stay was not good.

Good hotel the staffs are very nice .the hotel is cozy and is willing located to the center of Delhi . If it's your first time in Delhi then you should be here . Food is also good. Soo ***y ***y options for breakfast and very tasty food .............

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. So nice check in and check out reception was so nice spaces and good staff first Impression so nice.

Arrived in our hotel. And maybe it is the Indian way. Leave the sheets from previous guests. Only after complaining received real clean sheets and pillowcases. But over all arrogant reception only the housekeeping ***ager was reasonably friendly. But *** do they all smell of old sweat. Btw the rooms are really noisy. You can hear the guest in the other room just talking.
