Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Rooms were not good and similar to as shown in pictures. Unhygienic stinky bed. Bathroom was not clean. Very disappointed with the money i paid for this property.

Food is horrible. Morning free tiffin is a total waste. Accommodation is okay okay. They could have maintained some cleanliness.

I had a great experience. The property was just as i expected and met my expectations. The staff was fantastic, friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests or questions i had. Everything was clean and well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The comfort of my room was also a highlight of my visit. It had all the amenities i needed. The hotel provided a kettle, tea, and spoons in the room, which was a great convenience for me. Having these items readily available made it easy for me to prepare my own beverages whenever i wanted. It was a small touch, but it really added to the overall comfort of my stay. Plus, it was great to know that if i ever needed anything else, the staff at the hotel was always available and willing to assist with any requests. Overall, i was very impressed with the in-room amenities and it was definitely a plus point of my stay. The location of the hotel was great as well. It was convenient for my travels. The aerocity metro station was just a short walk away, making it easy for me to explore the city. There were also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which was perfect for when i needed to grab a quick bite or some essentials. I was impressed with the range of options available, from medical stores to food hubs, everything was easily accessible. Plus, with swiggy and zomato available until midnight, i could always order in if i didn't feel like going out. All in all, the location of the hotel was definitely a major plus for me and added to the overall great experience of my stay. The hotel was fairly priced. While it wasn't the cheapest option available, i do think the quality of the hotel made it worth the extra money. Overall, i would definitely recommend hotel opera to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the delhi airport.

The food was excellent, and all the staff were friendly and very accommodating. A special mention to rajesh, who assisted us in opening the security tags on our luggage.
