I was in the area training, I choose this hotel because it was close to the training facility. When I called I spoke with Brandon (or Brendan) he was super nice and quickly made my reservation. Upon my arrival I checked in with 2 gentlemen who were the best I know the young man training was Abel, and I made it a point to ask names so I could put them in the review and I lost it. The gentlemen training was Jane, Ivan I really don't know, what I do know is he was kind, caring, professional and accommodating and also that he just moved back to the area from FL and was working at Disney. Hopefully this helps management recognize the amazing work you do. This man needs to be the face of your hotel! He had all the answers to my questions and while training he allowed Abel to assist me with what I am assuming he had been taught. Great staff, I went to the pool one night and it was cold in the room and the pool. The next day they made it a point to let me know that someone had left the outside door ajar in the pool area and that is why it was cold. I did check later and sure enough warm and cozy. I will be in the area again in May and hopefully I can get my same room at this hotel. Room 136 was amazing and it helped when I had work to do at night for class. Also they have a laundry room and I was very happy I could was my laundry before returning home for the weekend. I also got a free wash and dry from the company. Just remember to bring laundry soap. Breakfast was not fantastic, but It was edible. I enjoyed the waffles, bagels and juices. The eggs, omelets, sausage, bacon and potatoes could have used some love when preparing.
