A nice hotel with spacious rooms, including a kitchenette, and friendly service. A perfect location for visiting Yale. My only complaint would be that the elevators are oddly slow and only one of the two appeared to be working. All things considered, I would be very happy to stay here the next time I’m in New Haven.

The room is clean and quiet, spacious and bright, and the transportation is convenient. Check-in is at 1 pm. The service staff is hospitable. There are pots, bowls and forks in the room. If you need food, the hand-ground coffee delivered every morning is very good.

A small hotel with an online style, the room has a small kitchen, it is no problem to cook a simple Chinese meal by yourself. Within walking distance of Yale's main campus, the Yale Art Museum is two blocks away. It belongs to the hotel that will be selected in the future.

Excellent rooms, very ample and comfortable. People is very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. The only downside is that there is no formal breakfast in the restaurant.

I've been to the Blake Hotel multiple times and loved every time I went back. The room itself is so cozy and feels like your own studio with a mini kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher and a sink (nespresso machine too). I've never been to the hotel restaurant but had multiple recommendations from other guests that I've bumped into. But in the recent year or so, their customer service has dropped to a point where even a nice check-in seems impossible now. The attitude of the employee is very uncaring and unprofessional and I really hope they improve this because it wasn't like this when I first visited.

We live locally however needed a New Haven hotel for our wedding guests as well as ourselves. The Blake was perfect! A beautiful property centrally located to downtown, Yale, and the entertainment area of the city.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the city!
