The space was clean and worked well for our family. We could walk to most of the attractions we came to visit. Although there is no on-site parking, there are many affordable options nearby.

What can I say about this place? The price was right I guess. I never saw a single staffer during my stay, which is fine, just odd. The elevator stinks, the furniture and appointments are dated. If I’d been there for anything other than a work trip I’d be disappointed, but I was basically only in the room when I was sleeping. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ It was fine.

No security. No front desk after 5pm. Mouse and rat infestation. Dated modeling. Overall, a horrible place to stay. My family and I left after having mice in our suite.

This property is SO outdated, DIRTY, and smelled TERRIBLE! There were roaches in the room and no one at the desk to even call to tell or anything. I left on the second day and booked elsewhere because I couldn’t stand the disgusting feeling and SMELL another night. Literally the only pro is being walking distance to my conference at the convention center. The self check in wasn’t terrible but I literally didn’t see A SINGLE STAFF MEMBER until I left. She just took my keys and told me have a good day, there was no formal checkout or asking me how the stay was. 1/10 (ONLY because of the walking distance location)

Mardi Gras trip 2025 Was perfect. Walking distance to everything. Staff was extra friendly and gave ootions to eat and party. We were there for MardiGras. She told us all the good soits to get. Will stay again.
