Absolutely fantastic. Two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. Everything is totally new, the reception staff are so helpful and the pool area is now so much better than pictured. Currently no bar or restaurant but both already exist and they are just looking for somebody to run them. But there are so many fabulous bars and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect location (11$ Uber to Bourbon Street) and state of the art washer and dryer too. Would 200% recommend. We really enjoyed our stay. Only two small negatives - 30$ per night parking (although we negotiated down to 15$) in a gated lot but there is plenty of street parking so you don't need to pay and the whole complex is non-smoking. Not a big deal. We smokers just need to go outside the grounds onto the street.

Shay was a GREAT checking host. The property is gorgeous. We enjoyed our room! The showers were magical. The entrance is an exact match as photos. We missed the pool and jacuzzi unaware it closes at 8P instead of 11P but that is on us. The full kitchen was perfect to cook in. It's like a hotel/ apartment. The area is beautiful to walk around. Peaceful at night but residents out. Just magical for all of us. We have been blue since we left. Certainly want to go back!

My family of seven (including five young adults ages 14-24 years) shared two 2-room suites for a couple nights during our visit to New Orleans prior to a New Years cruise. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were fresh, very comfortably furnished and spacious! The hot tub was a treat after a day exploring the city. The location was terrific for walking along Crescent Park to the French Market and French Quarter. The hotel was an easy uber ride home from Bourbon Street. There were several great coffee shops and eateries within a few blocks walk. We'll stay again when we visit New Orleans next.

I spent a week at Holy Angels Bywater when I was in New Orleans on business. The building and grounds were beautiful. I was there during the week and it was serene. Too cold to use the pool, but the hot tub was amazing! The rooms were spacious with all amenities you need. I had a whole extra bedroom and bathroom that I didn't need. Great option when traveling with friends. Beds were comfy and so was the couch. Staff was super friendly and attentive. I had an issue with my key card at night that was quickly resolved using their text feature. Loved the neighborhood, short walk to several restaurants and coffee shops. I will definitely come back to stay.

The hot water would not work in one of the bathrooms and in the same bathroom water started pouring through the light fixture for several minutes but stopped eventually thank goodness. The mattress in one of the bedrooms kept falling through the frame onto the floor, so my 2 daughters and myself ended up using one bathroom and sleeping in one bed in the other bedroom. I requested parking but when we arrived there was no one at the front desk to help us to check in or get the code so we ended up parking on the street. When I finally did get help I made sure they knew I did not use the hotel parking, but after we left they charged my card $30 anyway!!! It is now 5 days since our stay and I still haven't gotten our $50 deposit back either, so I am out a total of $80 and cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls.

The hotel is not really easy to spot from the street and you even wonder if you have the right address. When we get there, the receptionist is very pleasant. A very spacious apartment with a large living room/kitchen area and two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Very clean with comfortable beds. The only downside is no catering, so no breakfast and not much around (bring your biscuits - there is coffee available) Finally the area is not extraordinary and a 30 minute walk from the French Quarter
