Upon exiting through the back door, is where the deck and patio set is located for your enjoyment. There are security cameras located on the the outside of the entire property. Tasteful Pied-a-Terre near the Marigny and French Quarter Comfortable base for digital nomads exploring all New Orleans has to offer. All essentials in easy walking distance. Good access to public transport and lots to explore. Especially enjoyed morning walks along the Mississippi River in Crescent City Park. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants and friendly folks. Note -- this is not uptown or the garden district -- real city living NOLA style! We loved it!

Perfect spot Spent a week recovering from major surgery at the house. Was a perfect location, and it had everything we needed. Bed is SUPER comfortable. Really great restaurants nearby (don’t skip on Morrow’s!) and an easy drive/uber into the quarter or uptown or anywhere else you want to go, without the noise of the French Quarter.

Felt very at-home and comfortable We had a great stay and would highly recommend. Spacious, clean, with all the amenities we needed, and a beatiful deck. AC options were great too. Charming and quiet neighborhood. Christie was great with communication all the way through and made sure we were taken care of.

Great accommodations! Our Bywater Shotgun home was perfect in every way. The place was immaculate. It seemed brand new inside with high end decor, appliances and two televisions (huge in the living room). I wish we were staying longer to have time to enjoy the outdoor space. Parking is right in front of the unit.

Comfortable, clean and convenient! We stayed in NOLA for three nights as we’ve done a number of times over the past nine years.This location made for a nice walk to and from the Quarter. The house is very nicely decorated. Everything is quite new. Highly recommend.

Great time in NOLA! Ammenities were perfect. So new, it felt like we were the first renters.. Christi was great to work with. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Nice... Overall this was a very cozy house. Everything was so clean and all the appliances were updated as well. I would definitely stay here again.
