Good times at Jazz Fest Three friends did an annual meet-up for Jazz Fest. Thishistoric old house has been nicely redone, and was veryclean and comfortable. It was perfect for walking to the fairgrounds every day and there were eateries close by as well. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was extremely well stocked. Bathrooms were spotless and stocked with good towels. It was perfect for us!!

Great Superbowl weekend for 4 The owners are great. At check-in, they offered an in-person tour of the home and provided advice regarding things to do in the area...not sure if everyone can get that, but I appreciated it. The home is newly/nicely renovated with great amenities and off-street/secure parking. We were actually comfortable walking most places (day/night), but bring good shoes if you do. Bourbon street was about 1.5 miles/35 minutes away. You are required to navigate some steps to get into the home and get to/from 2 of the 3 bedrooms...shouldn't be an issue for most people. Privacy is great for 2 couples...one can have the the entire downstairs and the other have upstairs. I definitely plan to stay again.
