Reason for not recommending: After leaving the hotel, I received an inexplicable deduction of US$150 from the hotel! After Ctrip customer service intervened and communicated, the hotel continued to make up all kinds of disgusting and untrue reasons! This is the first time I encountered such a bad and dishonest hotel.
I give the hotel service 0 points!

The room is quite big, with a kitchen. It is cleaned every seven days if you live in a row. If you need to change towels, you can ask the front desk to send them. Rooms were clean. The hallways are a little blah add some color at else on the elevator wall walk by them a couple of times. Staff was every nice except for one.
Ask for our bed to be remade and it got missed.
Over very nice wish the weather was nicer we would took advantage of the court yard more.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF CHECKING US IN WERE MORE THAN HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THE VALET DDRIVER WAS AWESOME AS WELL. WE LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS STAY.

Room was excellent! Roomy, modern, bed & pillows were great. Loved the interior but outdoor garden/pool area. Too bad it was too cold to try the outdoor pool. Wish there would have been a hot tub! Front desk staff (especially at check in) was excellent to work with each time I was there with requests and/or questions about the area.
