#positive #I was happy with the Cleanliness of Public Areas, Politeness of the Staff; The hotel is in the central area, convenient for sightseeing. There is a parking lot downstairs, which is super convenient for self-driving travel. We caught up with a big cold wave, and the hot water in the hotel had to be turned on for 20 minutes to get hot water

Hotel is in a good location, but the beds left much to be desired compared to other Garden Inn locations. The sheets didn't fit the bed and the mattress cover was visible every morning. The mattress was uncomfortable and the pillows were awful.
The carpet was just gross in the room.
The staff was very friendly and we liked that we were in walking distance of all the things we wanted to see.

The receptionist at the front desk the night I arrived was rude. My flight was delayed so I called to let them know that I would do a late check in. He basically rushed me off the phone and hung up on me in the middle of me talking. When I got there he checked me in the wrong room so I had to go back downstairs for him to fix it after I spent a day at the airport due to my flight being delayed. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly whenever I contacted them for anything like booking tours for me and extending my stay.

Front desk girl could not be any more rude. The man working was nice. We had to haul all of our luggage up to our floor ourselves with no luggage rack. Ridiculous. Guys parking our car were okay. We didnt need our room cleaned but they didnt have enough towels to replace ours when they asked if we needed some. I will not stay here again. Will spend the extra money at Nopsi but staying in the FQ is where I will stay from now on. And I didnt get any $ back from the security deposit.

The employees could not answer any questions about the area. On the last day, we had no hot water and very low to no water pressure. No manager was on site to answer questions.

They lied, I got 4 rooms with king beds and they gave be rooms with 2 beds. Place was a dump.
