The hotel is perfectly situated just off French Street and overlooking the Mississippi River. Its deck, patio, and antique furnishings exude comfort and elegance. Parking is free, and the front desk staff are friendly and attentive. They enthusiastically offer local information and go above and beyond to help book boats and jazz concerts. I feel this hotel is undoubtedly one of the best in New Orleans!

Location location! Great spot walking distance to all the happenings. You can people watch or join the party. Hotel was nice and clean. Friendly staff. I would stay again. 😎

Location, location, location. Close to Market Square and other NOLA events. Hotel was historic. Clean, comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely 2 bedroom with living area. Loved the large balcony where met other guests. Great artwork thoughout. Kind and helpful staff. Will definitely be back.

Convenient to French quarter. Welcome and checkout staff very friendly and accommodating. Clean. Felt safe as leaving and entering were closely monitored. Gym equipment not working. It appears that the fountain was a makeshift “pool”. Terrace was wonderful as a ”hanging out space”. Furniture dated, some requiring repair. Great place to stay for travelers looking for low budget accommodations!
