Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans Downtown (French Quarter Area)

it was a good hotel experience! i recommend it it was close to the tourist attractions

It's a pretty average hotel. Like to sleep and that's it. In the bathroom I found a ball of hair. There is no daily housekeeping service. The breakfast is quite average too, very American, a couple of options. The location is fine, but at night it can seem quite unsafe. There is a parking next door so it is not worth paying for valet parking. The room in general was good, spacious, large bed, but the pillows very bad. The service when we arrived to check in, was zero friendly despite having arrived late at night quite exhausted. In conclusion, quite average, ok for the price you pay

The hotel is in a great location but they don't have parking here. It's only valet. Better looking for parking on the street. Free after 7pm and before 8am.

The location was excellent just at the center of Canal Street although there were homeless people sitting outside the hotel occasionally. The free breakfast was repetitive and boring. There was no coffee station at the lobby unlike other Hamptons. The staff on the floors never greeted us when we saw each other. Hospitality was on the lower side at the Hampton. However, the value was great. It didn’t exceed my expectations.

he hotel has everything you need in the room and the location is spot on for all main attractions would recommend to anyone planing a vist to new Orleans

Bathtub could use a makeover but very clean and spacious. Room was 2 queen beds and very clean very big. Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very good!Would definitely recommend to families!! No pool but I was not interested in one.

The room was enormous! I was sharing with my parents and the 2 Queen room was so spacious, it met our needs perfectly. The location was ideal, close enough to Bourbon Street for it to be easily accessible, far enough to not be disturbed by it. Valet parking was a little slow on arrival, however, there rest of the time the service was prompt.

Great room, staff was polite and allowed me to leave my bags on the luggage area while I couldn't check in.
