NOT GOOD. We rented one of 4 units in the building (2 other units were rented by friends). All of the units were poorly maintained. Broken screens, broken doors, broken tables. The air conditioning in our unit malfunctioned repeatedly and we had to leave early because of it. The pool turned green at one point and had to be treated. (The pool is not private - it’s shared with another Sonder across the courtyard). Neighborhood is in a good location but our car got broken into the second night of our stay (parked in front of the building - don’t rent a Kia in New Orleans!). All in all - really not impressed and will never stay at a Sonder again.

Very conviennent location, lively neighborhood with food trucks and great places to eat nearby, especially a New Orleans staple, Melba’s. Additionally, everything is a quick Uber trip away, or a brisk walk if you’re up for it. Very clean and lots of space. Having a pool was a nice touch and a great addition to our stay.

Great setup all the way around. Comfortable, clean and fully equipped It was ideally located , close to Jazzfest and Frenchmen Street. We would definitely book again. Reasonably priced compared to similar alternatives

Great stay! Beautiful and unique home in a good area! Right in front of a school and super close to night life and other attractions. Beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. I loved the soap in the showers and the towels were high quality. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Place was beautiful and super spacious. It felt like a breath of fresh air every morning! We were on a family getaway. It was our first time in New Orleans, and we were traveling, my husband and I with our three young children. Loved all the space we had in this three-bedroom apartment it was just enough separation for us to really be able to enjoy ourselves. And all the wonderful light coming through the windows in the kitchen it literally inspired me to want to cook. They were moments and time when I felt like I was in a French countryside versus in New Orleans I would absolutely stay here again.
