It was a great boutique hotel with the New Orleans charm. Even though it seemed a bit older, the rooms were ok but could have been cleaner. The staff was friendly and attentive. One night, we did not have cold water so I called them and they fixed it right away. You do notice some rust stains on the bolts of the doors, which I was not a fan of. The bed was comfortable. However, I did notice some hair on the top of the comforter which really threw me off. My guest stayed on the sleeper sofa, and as we were getting that ready, we noticed some old sheets were still on there. The night before we left, my guest saw a huge cockroach walk across the room. Overall, I'd probably stay again. Location was great and the staff made up for it. I also liked that they supplied filtered water whenever you wanted. =)
