Front of house and reception was fine but rooms are lacking. Original room had no bedside lights as they had been broken off of the bed and some cheap fabric put over the holes and the main light was not working. We were finally moved t another room that didn't have a safety deposit box and had a plastic waste pipe running across the wall. The concept is fine but the quality is poor and the receptionist admitted that she didn't know what was in each room. Breakfast service was slow and the lady seemed more interested in talking to her colleague than serving. Concept and initial reaction was good but rooms and execution poor.

Very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very cool vibes. Ron’s were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location too - welding distance to the exhibition centre and bourbon street. Would definitely recommend.

front desk was wonderful & helped with all our last minute needs. In a beautiful location, and had excellent restaurant, cafe, and gallery attached.

The location was excellent. It was close to the French Quarter and Riverwalk, and the streetcar was very easy to use. However, the walls and floors were thin, and the noise from the upstairs apartment was so loud that I couldn't sleep. Also, my room had no windows (it seems like most rooms don't have windows), so I couldn't get a sense of time at all, which was difficult.
