Hyatt Regency New Orleans

Amazing hotel. The front desk workers were very helpful and check in took less than 3 minutes. The restaurant near the lobby has delicious food and drinks, as well as the other restaurants on site. Also a number of restaurants and bars near the hotel, but nothing too close to disturb your rest. Never heard a sound from any other guests during my stay. Bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious.

Good hotel. Very close to Coluseum. Near big Grocery store, tram station and AirPort Express.

The hotel is next to the Superdome, and the Smoothie King Center. If you are going to events at either place, this is a great location. If you just visit the city, want to see French Quarter, Garden district, City park, this is a little bit far by walking but don't worry. New Orleans has a good public transportation system. The RTA runs buses, trolleys, and ferries, all for $1.25 a single ride, or $3 Jazz Pass for 24 hrs. There is even a bus Line 202 goes to MSY Airport, for $1.25! The hotel room is kinda small, with big fancy lobby and restaurants. The towels were kinda stiff. Only 2 paper cups for in-room coffee (cheap)

Everything was great. The front desk stuff was very nice and informative. They gave me a two beverage per room and a 15$ dining coupon.

Location is perfect for everything we do. Employees are super friendly especially the vallet guys. We won't stay anywhere else when we go to New Orleans. This is definitely our spot for all occasions

Everything was great my only complaint was my shower was not clean had a lot of long blonde hair in it and was not cleaned for 2 of the four day I was in the hotel.

The hotel is great but the cost of the room was extremely high. I visit this hotel occasionally and I've never had any complaints until now. I understand there was an event happening the weekend I stayed but the amount of money I paid for the stay should have gotten me all the services offered by the hotel. The valet parking was unavailable which caused a problem for me due to some health conditions. However, the overall stay was good.
