Garden District Hotel

Ryan was very accommodating. The hotel was beautiful, clean, great area within walking distance of restaurants, nice bar and heated pool. We look forward to booking another stay.

Spotless hotel with every luxury in a boutique setting!! The pool was exceptional as was every staff member!! Just elegant and what we wanted in the area!!

Well maintained, beautiful facility within one block of streetcar line and restaurants. Very chill pool scene was a great way to take a break from the tourist action of NOLA. Room was clean, but housekeeping skipped our room twice during a 6-night stay. King bed with loft room was comfortable and spacious, but the window goes to an indoor courtyard, no daylight in daytime, nor darkness at night.

A beautiful boutique hotel with great staff. My only issue was the very sad shower pressure. Finding any good shower pressure in New Orleans is a challenge, but this was much worse than normal (even for NOLA). The shower heads were calcified and the head in general had no pressure. I had to book a last minute blow dry and shampoo at a local spa because I couldn't get the shampoo out of my hair after 30 minutes of trying.

We were told staff would greet us at the front and take our bags to the room. We had to take our bags up a flight of stairs. The receptionist saw us waiting to check in and kept talking to another person instead of checking us in, the other person was not checking in. Room service opened our room at 9 am when were still asleep and check out wasn't until 11 am. Hotel was clean but service was poor.

The Garden District Hotel in New Orleans is a true hidden gem! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the staff is top-tier—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. One of the standout features is the pool area—it has a resort-style vibe that makes you feel like you’re on a relaxing vacation right in the heart of the city. Highly recommend for anyone visiting New Orleans!
