I originally thought I had booked a twin room, but it turned out not to be the case but I couldn't change it. Parking costs $35 a day.

The room condition was suitable for a business traveler.
It is best not to expect breakfast every morning.
Room cleaning was done approximately once every two days. I was a little disappointed during my 5 day stay.

Great location, not far from the French Quarter. The staff is nice, because there is a lack of refrigerator in the room, they helped me move one. There is a microwave oven in the room, which is generally good.

I understand this building is very old and that’s totally fine, but the plumbing and infrastructure is defficient. Room service only by request. Breakfast is continental and scarce, plumbing is terrible, the only working elevator was not clean. On the first day they only had a king size bed but I had paid for two queens. In various occasions I called the front desk and nobody would answer.
People is really nice, but this hotel still needs a lot of work in terms of providing a good quality service.

The design was beautiful and easy to find despite being off the road a bit. We loved the area and hole-in-the-wall bar down the street too. When we come back to NOLA, we will for sure stay here again! Love love love!!

Good quality hotel, moderate based in my opinion and good for two blocks from French quarter and Canal street.
But had a few issues.
Requested a small fridge for the room as one person in travel party has medications.
It took several hours for delivery on arrival.
Also bathroom sink had broken stopper which restricted water to drain, and had to pull out to allow water to drain.
Definitely an older building, has a unique charm with modern upgrades, but still needs to be maintained a little better.
The staff was kind and willing to help when asked.
Room attendants were accommodating and nice.
Since the room is more modern decorated with no dresser’s, I would suggest adding luggage racks, it would have been nice to have my bag off the ground.
There is a small closet, but you only hang so many clothes.

Cool old brick building hotel with great modern interior.
staff was great, my room was really nice, large windows and plenty of space to move around in.

Had some quirks, but overall a good, comfortable stay, friendly staff, and convenient location.
I liked that the hotel rooms as well as lobby was decorated with art by local artists.
Heads up, it doesn't appear in the listing but this hotel places a $100 hold on your card for certain bookings.
