Front desk staff although helpful but understaffed at times causing long wait for service. Nice neighbourhood and not too far or too near from french quarter. Although they have a quiet policy after 10 but my neighbour made a lot of noise from 12 to 130 am. Front desk didn't answer presumably because they were busy but after 3rd call, they responded and came and warned the inhabitants and then had some peace to sleep. Rooms quite well furnished and comfortable.

This hotel was in a good location. However the cleanliness was awful. There were many hairs in the shower and it was gross. Then when we got into bed there was weird liquids all down the bed. We spent so much time cleaning.

Nobody should stay here as I believe it to be a health hazard. My wife and I had incredibly bad indoor allergies while inside the room. We were barely able to sleep; we were sneezing and coughing regularly along with runny nose and sinus issues. We didn’t really have any issues when outside or indoors in other buildings. It was so bad we booked another hotel and left the hotel a day early. Our allergies cleared up when staying at the new hotel. Upon inspecting the air vent found a lot of dust. There was also a dead roach in the bathroom when we arrived. The floor was dusty as well. The service was poor too. The room didn’t have a ‘do not disturb sign’ and we had to ask for one twice. The first time they said they’d send it to the room, but after a few hours we had to ask again and they gave us ‘the last one’. At night they seemed to only have one employee working who was overwhelmed with the amount of people needing help. There was a long line of people needing help at the desk. The small issues could be overlooked, but the health issues we had made us waste money getting a whole new hotel room at the last minute. If I could give this hotel zero stars I would.

Location was amazing and very clean. The staff was nice. I only wish that a late check out was allowed when requested.

Room was big and clean. Was missing micro wave, but they had it in the lobby. Short walk to French quarter.

Close to everything we walked all day and still made it back to the room in one piece

Great location, near to Roosevelt Hotel, Canal Street, Bourbon Street but far enough not to hear the noise. Clean and comfy but without cleaning for duration of staying, reception like a ghost town, not soul and nothing less that don’t feel reflective to the price.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect: the rooms were spotlessly clean, the bedding was very comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a restful night's sleep. The welcome was professional and warm, and every detail was taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to feel comfortable and fully relax.

This hotel is a great value, just a five-minute walk from the French Quarter. The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are well-equipped, including a coffee maker and refrigerator.
