Elevators were broken and we had a room on the 7th floor! Had to climb up and down 4 times and were later told that the had been breaking off and on all week! I was supposed to have a king room but did not get that but instead 2 beds

Hotel too old. Need renovation. Find bugs on bed. Terrible. Find out some of 4 stars hotel around the area they cost not much difference what I paid.

When we pulled the sheets back to go to sleep they were marked with a piece of tape. No one knew what that meant so the front desk moved us to another room. It all worked out fine but sheet issues are disturbing at any hotel.
