Arrived late evening no one on duty then had to wait 20 min to check in
No water in the room and bathroom getting a bit dated
No room service or cleaning and safe didn’t work
Not worth the money paid

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ildiko ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Ildico for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

If you are looking to stay somewhere just for location of being on Bourbon St this is good. If you are looking for a clean room and a room that represents the price you pay then don’t pick this place. Rooms smell like mold and mildew along with the smell of #2 but that could just be coming from the drains, several of the towels in our room had stains all over them, the pillows on the bed smelled like someone had slept on them with BO and dirty smelly hair. The furniture is old and most of the drawers will not even open and close properly. And the mattress is old and really uncomfortable

It is very Central to everything. It’s a pretty Hotel, especially in the reception area. Make sure you don’t get a room which is facing Bourbon Street, very noisy until 4 AM. The phone was not working in our room and they didn’t replace new cups for our coffee for the next morning. The Bellboy, Concierge and parking assistant were all very nice.

Motel was very nice. Room was nothing fancy but clean and had a small balcony. I really enjoyed my stay there as it was within walking distance to most everything i wanted to experience. With the balcony if i choose to not participate in the craziness of Bourbon st i could sit up there and watch.

Wonderfully kind staff and very clean room. Bourbon Street was absolutely insane on the weekend we stayed there, but you could barely tell from the quiet of the room.

We had a great time in NOLA and the hotel was in a great location! On Bourbon Street but not very loud. The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend

Have enjoy this hotel previously and still do. Had dinner last night in their restaurant Which is Restaurant Revolution and it was wonderful. Beautiful as well as great service from friendly staff and delicious food and beverages.
Only complaint is some amenities no longer provided in the room such as notepads and laundry bags.

We got off to a rough start. However, in the end this property really cares about their reputation. They were very accommodating about my concerns and bent over backwards to make sure I would recommend this property to other travelers. Shout out to Ms. Emika F! A-1 service!
