The room was cleaned and the staff are very nice. The hostess who check us in went beyond A+ hospitality. We are from out of state and suggested places to eat while we’re in town and her personality and attitude made us feel very welcomed.

First room I walked into smelled like mildew. We tried spraying it down but it didn’t help. I couldn’t take it. We moved to a different room and it smelled the same but not as powerful and the TV & phone didn’t work. I was so tired from driving 8 hours with kids that I didn’t want to change rooms again. I called the from desk from my cell phone to ask for a manager, but one wasn’t on duty. The clerk told me he gets in about 9am and will call me then. He called me about 1pm to apologize and discount 20% off my room. I accepted because I didn’t want to keep arguing in my way back home with kids. I will never stay here again. Wall paper is pealing from walls. The hotel is in major needs of renovations.
