Wonderful seats poolside to sit and dip your feet. Room was well stocked with coffee and other amenities. Staff was excellent and professional, welcoming and kind. Valet service was top notch! Shout out to Sebastian who we met checking in - responded to all requests with quick dispatch. All hotel staff were so good; I've traveled all over the world and was really impressed with their professionalism from the front desk to the valet, housekeeping - everything! The French Quarter is awesome enough but Hotel Provincial made it all the sweeter. Also the lobby is so charming, you can feel the history. Hands down, the best place I ever had the pleasure of staying at for my short but beautiful three nights. Thank you so much for everything!

We checked in at 6pm, unpacked and left for dinner then arrived back around 9pm. We left for the airport at 8:30am. We didn’t get to enjoy the sites and guest services because of time. Hopefully then next visit.

If you want CHARM and not CHAIN this is it. It was a short walk from everything and not to much noise. Now the staircase threw me off but I had to remind myself CHARM not CHAIN. These places were built before elevators existed. It was very clean and the staff was nice. I felt safe and would stay again.

Since I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and the sun was out every day 5.10. to 10.10.'25) the outdoor pool could have the bench pillows out without mostly asking for it. But that is a minor thing. The AC has been working fine - room 107 - right at the pool and last room on ground level. Room was very clean at my arrival. No mold to smell or find which is "not a given" I will come again. The Provincial is a beautiful hotel located right in the French Quarter. The hotel itself is a quiet refuge from the super touristy and chaotic spots like Bourbon Street, but it’s a quick walk to get to Bourbon or other hotspots. We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was kind and friendly and gave us local insider tips on cool places to check out! Our room was clean and comfortable, with a TV, mini fridge, safe, and high powered air conditioning for those muggy bayou nights. To say the Provincial property is beautiful is actually an understatement. It’s a series of gorgeous historic buildings with little courtyards and fountains hidden throughout the grounds. There’s also a small pool for cooling off. We didn’t bring a car but there appears to be ample parking onsite. We have stayed elsewhere in the French Quarter and have found the Provincial to be our favorite. Thanks a bunch, we’ll be back!
