Spending the night in a historical mansion was on my bucket list and I had a lovely experience at the Queen Anne. The former home was beautifully remodeled to its original beauty. As we walked in the door, we could immediately smell that distinct smell of antique buildings. The management was extremely friendly and met all our requests.

I booked a room @ 9:00 am and thought I successfully cancelled about 11:30 am the same day. The policy of this hotel apparantly is such that bookings made on the day of the stay do not allow cancellation. I have been charged the full amount. Even *********** was unable to persuade them to reimburse me. So, caution.

This place has gone significantly downhill in recent years. Stayed many times but beware relying on reviews older than 2-3 years. Cleanliness was way below average and bedding was terrible. Mattress well past replacement age. Avoid.
