Customer Service was great from beginning to the end. The staff is friendly, respectful and accommodating. I checked in at midnight and didn't care for the room I was assigned after asking for a room change maintenance took me on a room tour allowing me to choose the room I was comfortable with. The following morning I requested an upgrade to a larger room, the manager was helpful, and understanding she approved my upgrade with no additional charges and the gentleman signed me up for the reward program so I can receive free wifi. The free music entertainment offered in the lobby of the hotel was AWESOME! Thanks for making my stay personable you guys rock!
