Homeless Encampment onnfront porch. Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using ***** in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money.

Find somewhere else to stay!!! AVOID!!!!! The actual rental is fine, however they only offer street parking. What they don’t tell you is the area is known for break ins!! My car was broken into and my things were stolen. I notified the police and he asked where I was staying, I showed him the walk up. His first question was why didn’t the owner just give you access to the gated parking in the back, especially with this area having so many break ins? SMH if you know the area isn’t safe why wouldn’t you allow renters to park in the parking structure for your building?!? And when I notified them about the car their response was “ I really hope the police will be able to help you out with that”, empathy training must be next week! Like I said AVOID!!!
