One11 Hotel

Location: The hotel is situated in a prime location, offering easy walking access to the French Quarter, Canal Street, Jackson Square, and the Mississippi River. It's close to main attractions yet tucked away in a quiet area, providing a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle.

The rooms were exceedingly clean. The hotel was in a great area, close to everything. The only negative would be that it state there is Wi-Fi which never worked once the whole time we were there. Apart from that, would definitely recommend.

Our biggest complaint was with the staff. No one was friendly. The front desk staff didnt smile or converse at all. The bartender let us sit in the lounge for 10 minutes before yelling across the room to ask if we were doing okay. If the expectation is that we order at the bar, maybe letting us know when we came in or having signage somewhere would be helpful. When the hot water carafe was empty at breakfast, the person working clearly saw that nothing was coming out and instead of saying “I’ll be over in a second to get you some water” he just kept emptying the trash and cleaning up. This happened to be the same bartender who didn’t communicate with us during happy hour. For the price we were charged for a room after all the taxes and fees were added on, I would have left with a better impression if the staff had at least tried a little bit.
