The Natchez Vacation Rentals

Booked two suites across from each other for my bachelor party and it couldn't have been more perfect! We loved having the hot tub so accessible and all amenities were modern and updated. This place has the benefits of an AirBnb with your own laundry and kitchen, but with the benefits of a hotel too, with great front desk service, coffee and tea bar downstairs, and no clean up necessary. They helped us facilitate a grocery order and even are shipping a package to us that we missed. Location is great and walkable to the quarter. So grateful for Natchez suites!

Our stay at The Natchez was exceptional from start to finish. Communication before arrival was superb—staff helped arrange decorations for my wife’s birthday and stocked groceries so food and drinks were waiting for us, which was a huge stress reliever. We arrived early expecting only to drop bags, but the unit was ready and they let us check in immediately. The four-bedroom suite was perfect for our group of seven—each room had an ensuite bath offering privacy, while the living room and kitchen gave us space to gather. The shower heads were amazing and provided therapeutic recovery after long New Orleans nights. Having the hot tub and pool just outside our door was a huge bonus. The staff was friendly, attentive, and anticipated our needs. The location was ideal—close to the French Quarter in a great neighborhood, with easy Lyft access to Frenchmen Street, CBD, Milan, and the Garden District. We won’t stay anywhere else in New Orleans!

The staff was so friendly and the apartments were so great for friends having their own space and privacy. The pool area was fun, too! It was the perfect location - right in the middle of it all.

Great place, great people hosting and great facility. The rooms are very tastefully done and modern. Would highly recommend and we will return next time to NOLA.

The location of The Natchez is perfect--just across Canal Street from the French Quarter. Close to the streetcar stop if you choose to take it, but also within easy walking distance to Bourbon Street. Natchez Street is a small side street, so the entrance to the property is pretty nondescript, but once you step inside, it's beautiful! The smell hit me first; it smells soooo good! Everything about the inside has such a cool vibe. The contemporary artwork is beautiful. The rooms are really modern, comfortable, and very clean. But the very best thing about The Natchez is the staff. They are world class. Prior to our check-in date, I inundated them with questions about everything from how to catch a streetcar to where the closest bakery was that made deliveries. They were on top of every question and even offered a lot of information that I hadn't even thought of to ask. They really were phenomenal. If/when I go back to NOLA, I will definitely stay there again.

I cannot recommend The Natchez enough- from months ahead when we reserved through the morning we left, we were treated like absolute royalty. The team is communicative and friendly and answered my endless stream of questions before we even formally reserved. Everything we wanted to do was within a 7-20 minute walk, and when we dropped off our bags early on check in day, we got a text alerting us our room was ready and all our bags had been moved into the living room! The bed linens were buttery soft, the showers had multiple knobs and a luxurious tower structure, and the air conditioning was ultra customizable and effective. They have a full kitchen and dishwasher and beautifully bathrooms and common spaces. Unique art was in every room, and all of the furniture was comfortable and stylish. The team made every effort to go above and beyond for us, and we’ll absolutely be planning to stay with them again. Even after check out, they offered to help us get our bags to our transportation and even call us a cab! We can’t thank them enough for making us consistently feel so welcome. I cannot recommend staying here enough, especially with a group.
