Yes the host was very welcoming. She answered my questions right away. One thing I didn’t care for was I had no control over the heat or the AC. Also the driveway was in very poor condition. Almost tripped a few times. There was no place to sit outside…no chairs

Second time staying at this lovely, charming place. Impeccably clean, location couldn't be better; it's a walking neighborhood with lots of friendly walkers. Just perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking for a peaceful getaway!

Very cute apartment. Comfortable, close enough to town, quiet and the host was immediately available for all my questions. I highly recommend. New Port Richey is a quaint town, with great food. If you decide to visit, I would say stay here!! You would be in walking distance to town.

This is a wonderful, quiet, clean and peaceful place to stay. Everything you need is right there both in the town square and in the studio. If you're looking for a clean, safe, and relaxing place to stay, this is it!

The lil studio is perfect for 2 adults, neighborhood has nice park, Downtown New Port Richey, restaurants, grocery stores are close.
