I like the hotel location and the room size. I did not like the design of the room. There is no decoration, no color, and only bare and cheap furniture so it could be replaced easily when damaged by guests and their children. There isn't even counter space for our toiletry in the bathroom.
The breakfast is as cold as the room. This is my first time in Marriott Residence, very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, the room was minimally appointed and needed supplies were not available. Considering the price point of the hotel, I expected more.

The staff was excellent. My stay was good. While the property claims to have been “renovated” it was just a paint and carpet makeover. The drywall had poorly patched holes and the door between the living and bedroom had been kicked in and poorly repaired, but the knob was backwards and didn’t latch. The post office facility next door starts work noisily at 4:30 am. Otherwise quiet. Convenient to the MTA train. 40 mins to NYC.

I use to live at 5 Anderson St. But moved to VA. I am glad I chose this hotel to stay. I will recommend it to anyone coming to New Rochelle. And if I have to use it again, I will with no hesitation. Thank you all for a pleasant stay.

This was my third stay at this property - it gets better every time. The staff is top notch - so friendly and helpful - and the facilities are clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Will always stay here when my business brings me to New Rochelle.

Our room was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, a very nice kitchenette. Complimentary breakfast was great with a variety of food choices. We enjoyed our stay.

To start, the room was great. More than enough space, clean, everything you need to feel comfortable. The staff was very nice and even checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. Look forward to staying here again!!

Stay away. Over priced and extremely poor management, especially at check-in. We stayed overnight in a 2 bedroom suite that had damaged furniture, a dirty/smartly carpet, and a refrigerator that had dents on its door. The air conditioning units were noisy.

I did not like that rooms were not cleaned daily. At a cost of $500 per night, i should not have to request my room be cleaned. The breakfast offerings can be enhanced.
