Hotels near Aboriginal tribal theme park, New Taipei City

Everything is awesome, big rooms, friendly staff and convenient location!! Just that if you are travelling by car / uber / private hire, then not so, as the jams during peak hour are really bad, a 5mins distance might take up to 30 minutes.. but if by public transport, diagonally there is a bus terminal + metro station + train & high speed rail station!! There is also a microwave but is only for use during the restaurant opening hours, about 6am? To about 10pm? Or so.. the pool above is also very clean, but there is no direct lift to it.. there is also a welcome drink (soft drinks) on the first check in, everyday there are 2 bottles of free pet bottle water

The service and room facilities of Grace are very good, but since the restaurant was moved near the front desk, the variety and quality of the food and beverage environment are obviously not as good as before. So from the cost-effectiveness, it has not attracted me before.

Great stay. Very new. Helpful staff. Free parking. Felt like it was better than Grand Hyatt at a better price point. We ended up liking it so much we stayed there for 2wks! Perfect location too, next to very large mall with lots of food and indoor playground for kid.

We chose to stay at ”Just Sleep Taipei Sanchong” for this 3-day trip to the north. The main reason is because of its geographical advantage. It can be reached in 3 minutes by getting off the Sanchong Interchange. The main entrance of the hotel is Sanhe Junior High MRT Station. , plus the hotel itself has a parking lot, so when we arrive in Taipei, we don’t have to drive or take the MRT and can just hang out everywhere! It’s so convenient to be connected in all directions! The industrial-style design of the lobby when you enter is very special. The tables and chairs are all left over from the former wood factory and renovated. It is a very story-telling hotel that is worth savoring! When checking in, the receptionist kindly introduced the hotel's facilities and nearby local snacks and Sanhe night market delicacies. They also unexpectedly gave us small toys for my brother and sister. There was also coffee, tea and snacks for us in the lobby while we were waiting. The space is very spacious and comfortable, which is one of the reasons why we chose Sanchongkan! I stayed in a family room for 3 days and 2 nights. The size of the 2 large and 2 small beds (6y8y) was just right. It was similar to the size of an ordinary bed. It was not too hard to sleep on. The pillows and mattresses were all from Jinghua Hotel. The brands used, the floors and the room furnishings are all full of ingenuity. Especially the 4 Miekan unique tool cups hanging on the wall are really cute, so I bought 2 sets to take home when I checked out. Collect and send to friends, highly recommended! Next comes the breakfast part. Many people on the Internet recommended that the breakfast in Sanchongkan is delicious and has a high CP value. The breakfast for our 2-day stay this time was a big surprise for us. The meals were sufficient, fresh and varied for both days. Different dishes, even one of the things on the pocket list that I originally wanted to eat (Jiangji Longmen Stir-fried Duck Soup) was actually presented at the dining table with its original flavor, eliminating the need to queue up. It was really touching, and my favorite (Sesame Oil Chicken Rice) are local specialty snacks that can satisfy both Chinese and Western styles. After asking the service staff, I learned that Sanchongkan has recently launched a ”Classic Gourmet Local Food” section, and the items will also include (Justice Soy milk), (Samsung scallion pancakes), etc... It's a pity that we can't stay a few more days to taste various snacks! Overall, we felt very unforgettable and happy about this trip! There are still many scenic spots in Taipei that I haven’t visited yet. I will still choose Sanchong Hotel for my next hotel stay. It is highly recommended!

I had high expectations after reading the reviews, but it was actually one of the best hotels in my travel history. It's great in every aspect, including the rooms, hot springs, view, and food, but I think the best part is the staff who take care of you 'comfortably and attentive'. It was a level of service that could not be imitated with hardware or facilities alone. If I come back to Taiwan, I will definitely stop by again.

We stayed five nights here. The room was awesome - it was a studio apartment really, with considerate touches like a cubby seat where shoes are kept, equipped with a handlebar for those who need support to get up from a seated position. There's a tatami room with a platform floor where there was space and more for our teenaged daughter. You get a choice of normal water or hotspring in the bathtub. I found the hotspring water so healing. I injured my knee some months ago and it still ******d with pain from time to time. The knee was fine after the hotsping soaks. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night, having just flown in. The food was great! We were the last patrons. The friendly chef even came out to chat with us! Breakfast is sent in stacks of bento boxes to the room. There's a choice of western or oriental. Whichever the choice, there was too much delicious food. We asked them to reduce the selection by one or two items. Staff were helpful and friendly. One of them saw me struggling to communicate in Chinese and quickly came up to tell me that I can speak in English with her. My daughter wanted to buy a box of their cookies on our last night there but the restaurant was just about to close and they didn't have ready stock. Nonetheless, they prepared our cookies and delivered them to our room within half and hour. The cookies were scrumptious! Do try them! They come packed in an elegant wooden box too. Location-wise, the hotel is near the beautiful Tamsui area. It takes longer to get into the Taipei city area - where the shopping and cultural district is - but it is convenient by LRT. A big thank you to all the lovely staff of this wonderful hotel!!

This hotel has great service, clean and comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. Although the breakfast options nearby are slightly limited, the overall stay experience was very satisfactory. If I come to this city again next time, I will consider staying here again.

I specially brought my children to play, but the game room is very simple and requires a fee. The opening hours of the parent-child fitness center are very short and the space is not big. The hotel hardware is good although it is older, but it is still clean. There are really few service staff. All services are required. It’s really hard to wait and wait for breakfast. Many things are not replenished. The cafe on the first floor is also very hard to eat. It’s hard to believe that the food in this hotel is of this level. I was full of expectations for this hotel. Now I can only say that I probably won’t visit again.

The soundproofing of the room is really good, and I was pleasantly surprised. I booked a room with a large balcony for less than 3,000. I was awakened by the sun at dawn. When I opened my eyes, the sun shone on the floor of the room. It was really nice🥰 For foodies who have no place to eat but are hungry at night, the two packs of biscuits provided in the room are really heart-warming and full of holy light! The wet and dry bathrooms are separated, but the drainage was so slow during use that day that I thought the drain pipe was blocked. Disposable items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower caps, razors, etc. need to be purchased at the counter for an additional 99 yuan/set (there are two sets of toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shavers in one set). Hu Dao also gives away a small strip of shaving foam), and the transportation is also convenient. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. You can take the bus from Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT Station. Please pay special attention to the meal section which is only available in the morning (6:30) ~9:30) and night (18:00~). I slept so well that day. It was a pity that I passed the meal time. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Taipei.

we booked a hotel on trip. com because we were going to visit Yehliu and the hotel we chose was white house resort mountain view because it was their cheapest room but that room was worth it because it was close to the pool, spa and dinning area... the white house resort is highly recommended for those who want to unwind because it's close to the sea and the ambiance is very relaxing. And also if you stayed overnight they have free Buffet Breakfast for you. Overall the experience we have is awesome and will be back next summer.
