Staff were helpful though they may not sound friendly but they are just direct and straightforward. Room was clean and spacious, location and amenities were a plenty.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were consistently rude throughout our 3-day stay — not a single person came across as friendly. For a 4-star hotel, this kind of attitude is truly disappointing. If you check the Google reviews, you’ll see I’m not the only one who experienced this — it’s clearly a recurring issue.
On a positive note, the room was clean, and the hotel’s location was convenient, surrounded by shops with a nice coffee and tea place just across the street.
However, there are no facilities at all — absolutely zero.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I chose it again because of its excellent amenities and thoughtful design. The room is beautifully decorated in calming green tones, and the layout is ideal for two or three guests. I especially appreciated the separate wet and dry toilet areas, as well as the divided bathroom and shower-very
convenient for sharing. Guests can also enjoy complimentary movies, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I had a great night's sleep and would gladly return.

Good location. But lack of service. the lobby dont have place to sit so you need to stand while waiting uber/taxi.
the check in not good as allow customers to cut Q and jump here and there.

The hotel room was assigned next to the lift, this is quite disrupted as the sound proof is not very solid, we can hear the lift operated up and down during our stay. No laundry machine but only paid laundry service available. Overall our stay is okay, might need to request far away from lift.
