Hotel Cham Cham - Taipei

Good location with different public transportation, department stores and choices of eateries nearby. However, the design of the room is a bit weird. As the bathroom and toilet are separated, you have to get out of the bathroom to change your clothes after taking the bath as it's all wet.

Hotel Cham Cham is a top notch hotel, with very friendly staff and quick service. Housekeeping was well maintained and consistent. Location of the hotel was well surrounded by many good local delights, departmental stores and Bannan station.

This is my second time staying here at Cham Cham. Fortunately, we can take a local bus from the airport only in an hour for 15x TWD and the bus stop is surprisingly in front of the hotel. Room service is great, cleaning our room every day. The bathroom is the MVP. Next time in Taipei, I am going to stay here again.

First time staying in Banqiao area and was wowed by the convenience of the hotel location during my stay. The staff was very observant and helpful in giving me a paper bag ‘coz my hands were full during check-in. Also wanna thank the helpful staff for the support when my sister left her luggage with the taxi even after we had checked out. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

A good hotel with very competitive price and high standard of service

Reception area small and crowded most of the time, and staff busy, no time to entertain you. Umbrella needs to pay deposits, what a joke......

I requested a higher floor non-corner room while reservation at your site but they gave me low floor corner room. When I was checking in, two Japanese guests were complaining at the front desk that when they opened the hotel room, there were people inside the room! Very embarrassing situation.

room is nice and spacious, double beds are 2 beds put together. toilet has a automatic bidet and bathtub. room also have a decently sized smart tv with youtube and netflix. quite clean except the corners of the shower have bits of mouldy area but nothing too overboard. the water source for the rooms are probably the same so if you flush the toilet while showering the temperature of the water will change drastically. got scalded a few times because of this issue. sink drains rather slow on some days. hotel is near the bus station, TRA, HSR and the MRT. theres a 24/7 family mart right downstairs so its very convenient. staff are polite and friendly. stayed for 7 nights and totally enjoyed our stay. highly recommended for travellers who are planning to travel out towards taichung area!!

Very convenient location and I can see that the hotel is very busy with good business. Chic design and the overall standard of cleanliness is beyond expectation.
