The environment is generally clean, but the soundproofing is very poor. The parking situation is bad, and the parking fee is misleading; the website said 300 but they charged 400 and didn't even provide an invoice (just said it was because it was a holiday). Also, no one replenished the toilet paper when it ran out, and the common areas were extremely noisy. The soundproofing at night was terrible!

Overall, a fantastic experience! The aroma of coffee and toast from the bar downstairs was a delightful start to each day. Just a heads-up for those who are particular: the capsule rooms have shared, non-gendered restrooms and shower facilities. The personal space in the capsule is compact but still fits a backpack. Privacy and soundproofing are good, and the fan keeps it cool and prevents stuffiness. The common areas are very clean, and there are deodorizers in the shoe lockers. The bathrooms and restrooms are a bit small, but aside from Saturday evenings when it was a bit busier, they were usually empty. The fridge, microwave, and water dispenser are free to use, and you can purchase toothbrushes, towels, and instant noodles. The seating area has a beautiful view, perfect for watching the sunset. The downstairs bar offers food, drinks, and alcohol at reasonable prices, with discounts for guests. All the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. There's no elevator, but they personally guide each group of guests upstairs and provide an introduction. The location is unbeatable – very easy to find after getting off at bus 965, and a quick walk to the old street. Plus, there are lots of cats around!

The room was clean and very comfortable. It's perfectly fine for a solo traveler. The only downside is that the location is a bit hard to find. I managed to get there by searching using the address.

I stayed here for sightseeing in Jiufen. Even though it's a dormitory type, the entire facility is very clean and well-maintained. The common area is also spacious, allowing me to relax comfortably. The access is great; it's right near the Jiufen bus stop. I came from Taipei on bus 965, which took about an hour. Having an EasyCard makes travel much smoother. The bed space is a dormitory, but you can lock the door to create a private room. The privacy was much better than I expected, making it very comfortable. Initially, I planned a day trip, but Jiufen gets quite crowded during the day, so staying overnight was definitely the right choice. I could explore during the less crowded evening and morning hours, allowing me to take photos and enjoy the town at a leisurely pace. If you're going to Jiufen, I highly recommend staying overnight. As a heads-up, shops and restaurants in Jiufen start closing around 7-8 PM, so I'd advise having dinner a bit earlier. Also, the bed space felt a bit stuffy and warm at night due to its enclosed nature. If you want to enjoy the view, a private room might be a better option. Searching by address on Google Maps can be confusing, so I recommend searching for "Jiufen Shan Su" instead. This accommodation is highly recommended for those who want to fully experience Jiufen at a relaxed pace.

Perfect location in Jiufen, I'd go back in a heartbeat! Just a few meters from the center and with two convenience stores nearby. The complex was clean, and the showers had shampoo and shower gel. The hairdryers were also good. The rooms are typical capsule-style boxes, and I found them very comfortable. The best part was the view from the common area... absolutely wonderful.

Very clean and well-ventilated. My 20-inch luggage fit perfectly flat in the space next to the bed. I felt very secure once the door was locked. The shower and toilet were spotless; I even saw staff cleaning them in the afternoon. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The location is excellent too – just one flight of stairs up to Jiufen, and the train station is also nearby.

The room condition is good and clean. It's great that the Jiufen Old Street entrance is right there after climbing the stairs! The staff are also friendly. Highly recommend!
