Rich & Free Hotel - Fuzhong

I encountered bed bugs in my room on the 12th floor and got bitten. Although they moved me to another room and I didn't get bitten again, I hope the hotel seriously improves its hygiene management.

Our company requires monthly business trips up north, and we always stay at this hotel. The environment is decent, transportation is convenient, and the amenities nearby are great. Aside from parking, which is in a separate building partnered with the hotel, everything else is super convenient! 👍

The front desk staff were always so thoughtful and tried their best to accommodate our room requests [bathtub room]. It's great to have a small space to snack and relax.

We checked in a bit late due to our original schedule, but the front desk staff was very patient and helpful with the check-in process. The room was exactly as pictured, no surprises there! 😉 While parking isn't free, there's a discounted parking rate available in the basement. Just remember to ask the front desk for a voucher.

Room 219 The bathtub was clearly damaged with several rusty holes, making me hesitant to use it for fear of getting cut. I used to think this place offered great value for money and a convenient location, having stayed here many times, but this room was noticeably subpar.
