The hotel is clean, rooms is so elegant, location is very near to train station. Pool is great! Everything is great! Will recommend to friends

Great location & neighbourhood, has everything u’ll need including shopping. A short walk to the train station & u can reach the HSR, TRA & mrt. Only thing is that it’s a short distance away from town so expect about 20-30 mins travel time to most places u wanna go downtown. Room is also super spacious and a big bonus with the toilet w 2 sinks! Housekeeping is good but found a baby cockroach roaming about in the toilet so yeah. Hot water is also very good, perfect for winter. Beds are comfy & huge but abit too soft for my old bones so woke up with backache. No room service so be sure to stock up on food if u need at night or u can order ubereats (pls rem to get cutlery!) hotel didn’t even have a pair of chopsticks or fork / spoon to provide us to eat with at night.

We had a great stay! The location and the city view from our hotel room is just fantastic and relaxing. My husband and I, enjoyed their buffet breakfast too. Will definitely book again in the future. ❤️

VERY STRICT ON CHECK IN TIME OF 14:30 THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE TO THE RECEPTIONIST. Even though for sure it’s not 100% fully book they could have check in those who arrive earlier to avoid long waiting time. You need to queue during 14:30PM and will take about 30mins to 1hr waiting time. I like the hotel location and the room is spacious specially the toilet. This is my second time to book this year and considering if I will book again because of the dissapointment during the wastage of my time waiting on check in. Would like to appreciate Mr Brian of the reception for making sure everything is good and gives me the welcoming attitude. fitness gym must improve. please put more machine or atleast bench press.

Place is good . Got family mart surrounding 100m . hotel room is nice . 2 mirror to let my wife & daughter make up In the same time . This quite great for me . Save my time . Special coffee machine to make coffee .

The location was excellent and plenty of food and malls nearby within walking distance. Hotel looks very new and modern so in this area, the hotel was excellent. However, a few issues cropped up. 1. I had arrival earlier in the morning (7am+) due to an early flight. I am a frequent traveller for the last 20 years and have never encounter a hotel that doesn't allow me to check-in 1st. I can understand I was early and thus would not be able to be given a room card so early. But I was told specifically by the concierge that I cannot go to the front desk and do the check-in procedure 1st. As in the morning, they only allowed for check out procedure. This really blew my mind. Why would a hotel expect everyone to only check in at 2.30pm if it could reduce the check in crowd? I was happy to understand that I could only get my room after 2.30pm. But not allowing me to do check in procedure 1st is just weird. 2. The room given to me was a smaller room than all other rooms on the floor of 19. First room on the right from the lifts. Not like the one I had booked with the pictures. There was no power socket anywhere near the bed. Neither left or right of the bed. First time ever! Charging my phone meant running my own power extension to outside the toilet door. Very unfriendly for business travelers as there was no proper desk with power socket. Power socket was also not universal, so do bring your converters. I come to Taiwan very often but was quite disappointed with the above. Other than the above, my stay was great.

The hotel location is marvellous , surrounded with lots of food choices and transportations. The concierge service is great, there was this guy who greets guests at all times with his big smile n know many information that are helpful to us as tourists. A wonderful stay for us. The only thing that really upset us was that the housekeeping throw away some of our special empty bottles that we wanted to bring back home. This should be taken seriously.
