"The hotel is one of the old structures within Jiufen area and it is located just 2 minutes walk from Jiufen Old Street which is mighty convenient.
We stayed here for 2 nights and it at times we were able to check out if the shops were opened or go back for a quick toilet trip.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, they let us keep our luggage at the reception before check in and after checkout.
The hotel area and facilities were cleaned daily and we found even our cheapest room was cleaned properly.
We booked the room when we arrived at Jiufen and we were lucky to have found such a great historical establishment to stay at.
Highly recommended!"

"Hands-down this was the most impressive hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Clean, quiet, safe, sparkling bathroom and excellent service; I was amazed to be offered super-soft cotton bedding usually only seen in 5-star hotels. It felt like high-thread count Egyptian cotton to me. How could this be, at such an affordable price for budget travelers? To boot, the hostel even offered free breakfast coupons, free (self-serve) high quality coffee, free detergent for self-serve laundry, shoe-drying machines for when your shoes are wet from rain, and a 10NTD per 5-minutes smart-massager, that was bliss, I really needed that. Shiatsu on a literal dime! This hostel was so good, and true! The staff were courteous and even handled a large and excitable school group with love and kindness. Honestly, I slept so peacefully for two nights, when I expected to be bothered by fellow bunk-bed roommates. Everyone in the room was courteous. The bunk bed was spacious, air conditioned, private, and even had a night light, small mirror and handy shelf for your phone and room card-key. I highly recommend Park City Inn! They have private rooms, too, if you need 💯 privacy. Go for it! Location is 10 seconds from the Metro exit 1, I think, at Dingxi, a bustling area with a traditional market right downstairs behind McDonald’s."

"If you like to find a quieter and slower city outside of Taipei City, this hotel is perfect for you. It is still at the centre of Banqiao business district, so if you like to explore the local neighbourhoods and small eating places, you will have to take a taxi for about 10 minutes. Amazing view and amazing facilities on the higher floors. The prestige room is huge and the toilet has two basins, which my wife really appreciated, so we can wash and clean our baby bottles separately. They also provide a baby cot."

"Location is good, approximately 800m from Tamsui MRT station but a bit far from places of interest if mention as walking distance. Travellers who are able to walk will not mind it. However, other aspects were superb, spacious room, almost perfect cleanliness, comfortable bed. All basic amenities are provided. And the best thing was breakfast buffet provided. Although simple, but was tasty enough."

"I stayed here with my wife for one night on a motorcycle trip. First things first, this is a love motel - I would not bring my kids here. That said, it was a perfect stop on our road trip. The check-in time of 6pm was fine for us, and the room had a private garage so we didn't need to unpack the bike. Room was clean and comfortable with a working hot tub and drinking water. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet overnight. I saw a number of other reviews mentioning smokey rooms, but ours was clean with an air filter running as well. We had other plans so didn't try the breakfast. Check-in staff were quick and friendly and used a translator to communicate in English. I would definitely stay again."

"Given the price that we pay, the quality of the stay was satisfactory. The room was clean, and having no window was expected as stated in the listing. The inly complaint was about the bathroom/restroom: the toilet and the shower were not fully separated, so it was really hard to keep the toilet area dry. Also, the bath/restroom has no door; some people may like that but it is not for everyone."

PPablo YoonCozy bed and breakfast with very nice view room (sea view) very well located, just 5 min away walking distance to jiufen old street. The owners are very kind and were very helpful giving us many information of things to do nearby. From the first time they texted us to know our arrival time to meet us where the bus dropped us. I would really like to recommend this place. Everyone that stay the night in Jiufen must stay in this place. Thank you very much guys for your hospitality.

The rooms are also designed for a truly relaxing experience. The breakfast spread is plentiful, varied, and delicious, making you genuinely look forward to waking up early. The thoughtful laundry facilities are a fantastic amenity, saving guests from a mountain of dirty clothes upon returning home. Additionally, there's a fitness area to help you maintain your workout routine. Most importantly, every single staff member, from the front desk to housekeeping, is incredibly friendly and dedicated, ensuring every guest can rest and sleep soundly.

SSglobangLove the vibes! It’s spacious and comfortable, able to accommodate 4 adults! Owner will msg you via WhatsApp on the day for check-in as they will need to know your mode of transportation to Jiufen. They will pick you up personally on the day of arrival to advise you the direction of their place.
Do note that some of their rooms are not connected together. For my case, I’ve booked 2 rooms. My room and my mom’s room is about 5 mins walk. Might be an hassle if you are traveling with your family. It wasn’t an issue for me as we’re able-bodied. This is definitely not for everyone especially if you planned to bring pram and many luggages. Please travel light here.. the stairs to your room are uneven , wet and steep.
Owner provides simple breakfast and deliver to you in the morning. Very warming..

GGuest UserFor this price and location in Jiufen, I doubt you could find a better place. Given that the outdoors in Jiufen can often be home to many insects, it was unbelievable how much this place felt like stepping into an entirely different, pristine world. It was truly spotless, cozy, had great bedding, and felt both neat and spacious. The mountain views were also stunning. Definitely a place I want to visit again!

JJunecheyThe host is very nice!!! She help guiding us to aqesome spots and also help take care of our luggage. Anyway still suggest to carry light as uber cannot access almost narrow roads around Jiufen. The view from the room is perfect!! You can see both mountains and sea from upstairs room. The room is cozy with 2 queen beds/1 booking room. 1 booking room = half of the house ＞＞ 1 room downstairs and 1 upstairs but limited 2 person/ 1 booking room) so if you come are a group of 4 people you can book 2 rooms (whole house). The bnb is not fits with people with knee issue as you will have to walk down the stairs to reach bnb but it has access to old street not far but up. I still think its a great place to stay. Breackfast comes with package (sandwich, omelette, and veggies). You can discuss with host for check in and can leave bag after check out. Overall love the place its nice and clean and you can chill in the room until check out time 12.00

LLauren Y.Location of our villa is just at the beach. Openn the door and we are at the beach! Only has private hot spring tub in the villa. Comes with games room, arcade, public hot spring pool, table tennis etc. Only dissatisfaction is the smoke smell left in the room from previous occupants.
Wish they priorise Toiletries or at least hand soap.

PPeLinnnnn23I was in town for a business trip and stayed at Fengjia Hotel - Breeze Hall for two days and one night again. The weather had just started to cool down, which made the stay even more comfortable, and I felt quite relaxed coming back to the room in the evenings. Although the hotel isn't luxurious, the rooms are clean and the soundproofing is good, which is perfectly adequate for a short business trip.
What I love most about this place is its convenience! There are convenience stores, restaurants, and snack stalls all around, so you can grab a bite right downstairs. You never have to worry about what to eat for dinner or a late-night snack. Transportation is also easy, with a metro station just a few minutes' walk away, making it very smooth to plan my itinerary.
The hotel's light meal area on the second floor is still a big plus. Coffee, drinks, and biscuits are all free to enjoy, and if you feel a bit peckish at night, you can easily grab something. These small conveniences make the stay even more relaxing.
In summary, Fengjia Hotel - Breeze Hall consistently performs well in terms of location, convenience, and comfort. It's a great choice for business travelers or short stays. If my work brings me back to this area, I'll definitely stay here again!

台台中阿源The reception staff was very friendly. I didn't have dinner there. The equipment was a bit old. Breakfast was available the next day, but it was simple. There was nothing special to order. I had thick slices, boiled eggs, and tomatoes that day. The air was pretty good.
