Four Points Properties in New York

The hotel is very close to LaGuardia Airport. Upon arrival, you can call them for a pickup, and they'll be there in about ten minutes. Tipping is expected. The lobby offers hot water for tea, which is a big plus for Chinese travelers. The Chinese restaurant downstairs is excellent, especially the pea shoots. There's also a winery right next door, making it super convenient to buy wine. The surrounding area is full of Chinese restaurants, bubble tea shops, and even places selling soy milk and fried dough sticks. It's perfect for Chinese visitors to the US who are looking for a taste of home.

The bedding in the room was incredibly comfortable, absolutely top-notch! It rivaled that of high-end luxury hotels. There was a coffee machine that could also boil water (single-serving size). The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was quite large. You couldn't open two suitcases simultaneously. The front desk and cleaning staff were very efficient. It could get a bit noisy on weekend nights due to people drinking nearby. However, there are plenty of shops and supermarkets in the vicinity, and the ferry and subway are within walking distance. In the mornings, the lobby offered coffee and hot water, perfect for making tea.

My husband and I went to spend Christmas in New York, with my son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters. Even though we made reservations on different apps, they not only placed us side by side, but also upgraded us to the 17th floor. Everything's good!!

Excellent location, very close to the subway station, supermarkets and restaurants. The hotel has good and thoughtful service. Health: good Good environment Facilities: good good service

First time staying at this hotel for 4 nights. Location is excellent. Easy access from airport bus to Port Terminal nearby. Gym is 24 hours. Able to allowed me to check in early even at 8am due to my flight arrived early morning.
