Very clean facility all around, cordial staff and very good location. But can improve to soundproof/insulated doors for rooms in my opinion. Still great quality and price.

The room is clean and tidy. It costs $60 to take a taxi from Kennedy. Chinese service is available. It is very close to the main street of Flushing. The breakfast is OK. The cleaning is also very fast. It is worth staying for you and me.
