Aman charges 20,000 RMB for a room in a disabled person's room; you deserve a bad review. Check-in is done behind a screen upon entering. The lady at check-in asked what I wanted to drink, then simply placed a bottle on the table—no cups! I was shocked. Is this Aman's service? Many details in the room show signs of shoddy workmanship. The soundproofing is terrible. Car horns kept me awake all night. The windows were covered in a thick layer of dust that no one had cleaned. The worst Aman in the world.
